130 amendments to the Latvian Code of administrative offences in the Latvian Code of administrative offences the following amendments: 1. in article 88.3: make the first part of the following penalties: «impose fines of up to two hundred and fifty lats»;
the second part of the present penalties are as follows: «impose fines of up to two hundred and fifty lats»;
to make the third part of the sanction as follows: «impose fines of up to a hundred lats».
2. Turn off 90. ', 103.4, 152.3, 166.1, and 166.18 166.19 article.
3. Put 175.2 article as follows: «Article 175.2. Control, surveillance or investigative functions of public authorities exercising statutory requirements of officials of non-enforcement of the inspection or investigation, the supervisory functions of public authorities exercising statutory requirements of timely execution — shall impose a fine of up to two hundred and fifty lats.»
4. Turn off the 190.4 and article 201.10.
5. the first subparagraph of article 213: turn off the numbers «90.!, 103.4, 152.3, 166.1, 166.19»; replace the numbers and the word «until» 190.6 190.2, with numbers (190.2, 190.3, 190.5, 190.6».
6. turn off article 215.2.
7. Replace the first subparagraph of article 226, second part of point 2 and 3 number «» number «201.1 201.10 with 1».
8. the first subparagraph of article 287: turn off the numbers «90.1, 103.4, 152.3, 166.1, 166.19»;
