256 the amendment of the Republic of Latvia Supreme Council decision «On profit tax, property tax and personal income tax relief for public organizations, foundations and companies in 1992, and in 1993 "to make the Republic of Latvia Supreme Council decision «On profit tax, property tax and personal income tax relief for public organizations, foundations and companies in 1992 and 1993» (the Republic of Latvia Supreme Council and Government Informant, 1993 14/15) the following amendments: 1. Replace the 4, 5, 6 and 7, the words «State financial inspection» with the words «for the State revenue service» and «7 point Supreme Council» — with the words «Cabinet».
2. To supplement annex II section 1 «funds» with 47, 48, 49, 50 and 51 of the paragraph by the following: «47. Freedom Fighter assistance fund.
48. Legislation registered national cultural associations.
49. I. Kozakevič Latvian Association of national cultural associations.
50. A charitable organization providing assistance to the released from imprisonment.
51. UNICEF National Commission of the Republic of Latvia.»
The law shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation.
