The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the parliamentary agenda to make roller roller of the Saeima (the Parliament of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, 17, 24; 1995, no. 10, 24 no; 1996, no. 13) follows: 1. 4. Add to article 90 of the first part of the second sentence as follows: "If the first reading adopted a bill on the State budget or amendments (hereinafter draft law on budget) and in accordance with the procedure laid down in article 90.1 presented the draft decision of the Parliament on the proposal submission (form) such bill, the deadline for submitting proposals for the budget bill on second reading, the Parliament shall decide after consideration of the draft decision referred to."
5. Add to the agenda a roll with article 90.1 as follows: "90.1 (1) the draft decision of the Parliament on submission of the proposal (shape) on the budget bill can be submitted to the Commission. It must be submitted simultaneously with an opinion on the Bill and will be served immediately.
(2) the draft decision of the Parliament on the proposal submission (form) on the budget bill is not considered discretionary.
(3) proposals for amendments of the Parliament the draft decision on arrangements for the submission of proposals (the shape) of the budget bill to be submitted within three days from the date of the said decision was issued. The Commission shall examine the proposals submitted, giving opinions on them and, if necessary, add their own proposals.

In this case, the speaking time shall not exceed fifteen minutes. If, in considering the draft law on budget, decided to close the list of speakers, this decision is not to apply to a debate on the Parliament's draft decision on procedures for the submission of proposals (form) a bill on the budget.
(5) If the time limit specified in the order and has not submitted a proposal for amendments to the draft decision, that the matter in one reading. 6. in article 95: Add to the second part of the second sentence as follows: "If according to the Procedure laid down in article 90.1 of reel submission of proposal (form) a bill on the budget proposals to be submitted, in accordance with the procedure laid down in this decision. ';

7. Add to the agenda a roll with 95.2 article as follows: "95.2 (1) opinion on the proposal for a draft law on the budget of the Cabinet of Ministers may submit in writing: 1) until the Commission has launched the preparation of the Bill on second reading, if a proposal submitted to the procedure laid down in article 95;
2) five days after the hearing of the Commission responsible, if the proposal made in the Commission responsible.

8. 9. Supplement article 98 with the third subparagraph by the following: "(3) in considering the draft law on budget, a debate may take place on multiple articles (or parts of articles) at the same time, if it is clear from the submitted proposal."
10. Add to article 99 of the third part as follows: "(3) in considering the draft law on budget, voting on the proposal as a whole, while making amendments, if necessary, several articles. If this proposal is accepted or rejected, it is accepted or rejected for all articles where it provides. "
