The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law "on the restored Republic of Latvia in the 1937 civil law, liability law for the entry into force of part time and order" make law "on restoring the Republic of Latvia in the 1937 civil law, liability law part time and entry into force of the order" (the Republic of Latvia Supreme Council and Government Informant, 1993,/2.nr.) the following amendment: to supplement article 16 with the second subparagraph by the following : "the provisions of Chapter XIX of the civil law on the evaluation of damage claims against the State are applicable in the case of damage (loss) suffered after 4 May 1990, if other laws governing injury (injury), not otherwise specified."
Transitional provisions with the entry into force of this Act shall terminate the constitutional order of article 81 of Cabinet of Ministers issued Regulation No. 21 "amendment to the law" on the restored Republic of Latvia in the 1937 civil law, liability law part time and entry into force of the order "(Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1997, no. 5).
