" 2. in article 6: Supplement to the second part of the article as follows: "(2) the Ministry of agriculture and in particular genetically modified crops growing in the authorisation process shall be submitted to the European Commission action to exclude or separate its territory of Latvia from the genetically modified crop growing geographical area permissions."; believe the current text of the first part of the article. 3.
