The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on the free ports and special economic zones" make law "on taxation of free ports and special economic zones" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2001, no. 17; 2003; 2004, 13. No, No 9) follows: 1. Article 1: in the second part of paragraph 1, the expression "b" in subparagraph by the following: "(b)) Rezekne special economic zone management Corporation of special economic zones is authorised economic operators of the right to apply direct tax relief and the Special arrangements for State social insurance contributions, ";
Replace paragraph 6 of section a, the words "for the company, which is the Baltimore special economic zones or Rezekne special economic zone company" with the words "company, which is the Baltimore special economic zone company or Rezekne special economic zone the operator";
Replace paragraph 8, the words "Rezekne special economic zone management company" with the words "Rezekne special economic zone management Corporation";
Replace paragraph 11, the words "Rezekne special economic zone company" with the words "Rezekne special economic zone the operator".
2. in article 3: turn off the second part of the 3, 4, 5, and fifth and sixth;
Add to article 10 by the following: "(10) the Cabinet of Ministers determine the movement of petroleum products and control conditions in accordance with the seventh, eighth, and ninth part 8.1 subject to excise tax exemption and relief, as well as the user of petroleum products."
3. Add to the transitional provisions in paragraph 11 and 12 with the following: "11. Amendments to the law article 1, second paragraph (in the terms used in the Act relating to Rezekne special economic zone) enter into force simultaneously with the amendments to Rezekne special economic zone Act.
12. Article 3 of the law of the tenth shall enter into force on 1 July 2005. "
The Parliament adopted the law of 20 January 2005.
