Nato military and civilian elements and member nations which have received the Atomic information under this Agreement shall be made regularly, during a period to be determined by the North Atlantic Council on (a) recommendations by the NATO Security Committee, in accordanc with the criteria set forth in Section I, Paragraph (A) of this Annex." Article 3 this Protocol shall enter into force upon receipt by the Government of the United States of America of notification from all States parties to the agreement between the parties to the North Atlantic Treaty for co-operation regarding Atomic information, that they are wiling to be bound by the terms of this Protocol. Article 4 the Government of the United States of America shall inform all parties to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and the, and of each notification of the entry into force of this Protocol. Article 5 this Protocol shall bear the date on which it is opened for signature and shall remain open for signature until it has been signed by all parties to the agreement between the parties to the North Atlantic Treaty for co-operation regarding Atomic information. Done at Brussels, this 2nd day of June 1998, in the English and French languages, both texts being equally authoritativ, in a single original which shall be deposited in the archives of the Government of the United States of America, who shall transmit certified cop to it thereof all the signatory and acceding States.

In witness whereof, the respective representatives have signed this Protocol. Signed in Brussels, 2 June 1998, in the English and French languages, both texts have equal effect, in a single copy in the original shall be deposited with the Government of the United States of the archives. The United States Government issued a copy of the approved Protocol to all signatory States and acceding States.
