The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the social services and social assistance law to make social services and social assistance Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 23; 2003; 2004, nr. 2, 14., 18., 2005, no; no 2; 2006, no. 13; 2007, 12, 15 No 3, 21; 2008. no; 2009, 3, 12 no; Latvian journal, 2009, no. 182; 2010, no. 19, 170; 2011, no 117, 202; 2012, nr. 201; 2013, no. 234; 2014, 257. No.) the following amendments: 1. in article 3: express first and 1.1 part as follows: "(1) the right to receive this statutory social services and social assistance are the following Republic of Latvia persons residing in: 1) Latvian citizens and non-citizens; 2) foreigners who have been granted a permanent residence permit or the European Union granted permanent residence status in the Republic of Latvia; 3) between the Member States of the European Union, European economic area and nationals of the Swiss Confederation, which: (a)) got permanent residence rights, b) is entitled to reside in the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Latvia have been resident for at least three months, c) residency in the Republic of Latvia for at least six months, if the residence has been aimed at the establishment of labour relations in the Republic of Latvia, and there is evidence that they are continuing to look for work, as evidenced by their registration with the State employment agency; 4) this part 1, 2, and 3. the persons referred to in point family members.
