Supplement article 153 the second subparagraph with the words "and the two-member Panel".

3. To supplement the transitional provisions with paragraph 4 by the following: "4. From March 1, 2009 to December 31, a member of the post salary, determined in accordance with Parliamentary procedure roll article 12, first paragraph, third sentence, reduced by 15 percent."
The law shall enter into force on March 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 19 February 2009.
