The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of the Slīter national park in the national park of the Slīter Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2000, no. 9; 2007, nr. 14), the amendments are as follows: 1. Replace the entire law, the word "Administration" (fold) with the word "Administration" (fold).
2. Make article 3 by the following: ' article 3 national park administration implemented the environmental Minister's direct authority — nature protection Board (hereinafter Board). "
3. Replace article 8, paragraph 2, second subparagraph, the words "local authorities" with the words "local authorities".
4. Turn off the article 10.
5. Turn off the article 11.
6. Turn off the article 12.
7. Turn off article 13.
8. Turn off article 14.
9. Turn off the article 16.
10. Add to article 17, the second sentence, the words "and these nature reserves".
11. transitional provisions be supplemented with points 3 and 4 by the following: "3. the amendment in annex 2 of this Act with respect to the word" Talsi district "by the words" the substitution of dundaga municipality "shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
4. by 1 June 2009. national park management to implement the national park of the Slīter administration. "
12. Replace annex 2, the words "Talsi district" with the words "dundaga municipality".
The Parliament adopted the law in 2009 on April 30.
In place of the President of the parliamentary President G. Lot in Riga 20 May 2009 an editorial added: the law shall enter into force on the 3 June 2009.
