The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the real estate cadastre of the State law to make the real estate cadastre of the State Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2006, nr. 1; 2008, 7 no) the following amendments: 1. Turn off the article 86, first and second paragraph, the words "(including electronic means)".
2. Article 98: turn off paragraph 4;
make paragraph 6 by the following: "6) cadastral information preparation and issuance according to article 86 of this law;".
3. transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 16: "16 to article 89 of this law as provided for in Cabinet after the date of entry into force of the provisions applicable to the Cabinet of Ministers of 6 February 2007 Regulation No. 97" of the real estate cadastre national enquiry and procedure. "
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 12 June 2009.
