The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on land reform finished cities" make law "on land reform finished cities" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, nr. 24; 2005, no. 15, no. 16; 2008) follows: 1. Replace article 2, fifth paragraph, the words "with the mortgage and land bank" with the words "with the State joint stock company" Latvian mortgage and land bank "(hereinafter referred to as the Latvian mortgage and land bank)".
2. Replace article 5, third paragraph, the words "the State land service of the regional chapter" with the words "the Municipal Council".
3. The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 12 June 2009.
