The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on land reform finished cities" make law "on land reform finished cities" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, nr. 24; 2005, no. 15, no. 16; 2008) follows: 1. Replace article 2, fifth paragraph, the words "with the mortgage and land bank" with the words "with the State joint stock company" Latvian mortgage and land bank "(hereinafter referred to as the Latvian mortgage and land bank)".
2. Replace article 5, third paragraph, the words "the State land service of the regional chapter" with the words "the Municipal Council".
3. To make article 6 by the following: "article 6. 2010 November 30, the municipality (the city of Riga municipality until 30 November 2011) draw up and submit to the State land service of the notice of completion of land reform and the report on the land reform laws governing the execution, including the land on which the property rights in accordance with the law "on State and municipal land property rights and the reinforcement of land" in the land of the State Bar or the name of the municipality , land and people that concluded the land redemption (purchase) contract with Latvian mortgage and land bank or refurbished land property rights, as well as information on equivalent land compensation fund and transferred the unused land. "
4. Replace article 9, first paragraph, the words "public limited company" Latvian mortgage and land bank "(hereinafter referred to as the Latvian mortgage and land bank)" with the words "Latvian mortgage and land bank".
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 12 June 2009.
