The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law "on the European Convention on the adoption of children" make law "on European Convention on the adoption of children" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2000, no. 9; 2003; 2004, nr. 11, 13. no) following amendment: replace the words "throughout the Act of children and Family Affairs Ministry" (fold) with the words "Ministry of welfare" (fold).
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 12 June 2009.
