The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law "on the Council of Europe Convention on the application of the rights of the child" make law "on the Council of Europe Convention on the application of the rights of the child" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2001, nr. 10; 2003; 2004, nr. 11, 13. no) following amendment: replace the words "in article 3 of the children and Family Affairs Ministry" with the words "Ministry of welfare".
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 12 June 2009.
