The Amendments To The Judges Law Of Retirement Pension

The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of retirement pension of judges to make the retirement pension of the Judges Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2006, no. 15; 2007, 2008, 24 No; 5. no; 2009, no. 10) follows: transitional provisions: replace the words "transitional provisions" with the words "transitional provisions";
believe the current transitional provisions the transitional provisions of the text of paragraph 1;
transitional provisions be supplemented with 2, 3, 4 and 5 of paragraph by the following: "2. From 1 July 2009 to 2012 December 31 retirement pensions to a recipient who has been granted a retirement pension until 30 June 2009, the retirement pension shall be recalculated and reduced by 10% of the calculated retirement pension. The Court Administration retirement pension adjustment to 3 July 2009.
3. From 1 July 2009 to 2012 December 31 retirement pension is determined 90% of the article 4 of this law in accordance with the procedure laid down in the calculated retirement pension.
4. From 1 July 2009 to 2012 December 31 retirement pension beneficiary, who in July 1, 2009 is necessarily socially insured person (employees or self-employed) retirement pension shall be recalculated and reduced by 70% of the calculated retirement pension. The amount of the retirement pension shall be renewable with the first date of the month following the month in which it lost in the insured person's social status.
5. From 1 July 2009 to 2012 December 31 retirement pension beneficiary, which becomes mandatory for the socially insured persons (employees or self-employed), with the first date of the month following the month in which the retirement pension beneficiary become the mandatory social insurance, retirement pension shall be recalculated and reduced by 70% of the calculated retirement pension. The amount of the retirement pension shall be renewable with the first date of the month following the month in which it lost in the insured person's social status. "
The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 16 June 2009.
