The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on lotteries and gambling fee and tax" make law "on lotteries and gambling fee and tax" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, nr. 14; 1995, no. 22, no. 9; 1997; 1999, 17, no. 24; 2001, 15, 24 no; 2003, 2, 15, 20, 23 no; 2005, No 14; 2007 8. The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 16 June 2009.
