The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of procedure of holding in custody in detention order keeping the law (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2006, no. 15, no. 2, 2009) the following amendments: 1. Add to article 31 of the fourth subparagraph by the following: "(4) of this law article 30 the first part of the penalties provided for by the warden of the investigation imposed a written decision, except for the warning You can communicate orally. The law shall enter into force on July 1, 2009.
The Parliament adopted the law of 16 June 2009.
