The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on cooperative societies do cooperative societies Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, 6. no; 2000, no. 10; 2002, 16, 22; 2006, 21 no no; 2007, no. 23) follows: 1. Article 1: express the following in paragraph 11: "11) profit (the relevant agricultural service cooperative society — surplus) — cooperative society profit (surplus) that this Act and the statutes of the company duly paid members of society according to their cooperative society used services; ";
Add to paragraph 12, the words "with the exception of members of the output processing and handling";

express the following paragraph 13: "13) a surplus corresponding agricultural service cooperative society — the annual report referred to in the relevant agricultural service cooperative society of excess revenue over costs in the financial year concerned."
2. Replace article 3, paragraph 4, the words "agricultural service cooperative society" with the words "the relevant agricultural service cooperative society".

11. Article 23: replace the sixth paragraph, the words "agricultural service cooperative society" with the words "the relevant agricultural service cooperative society";
turn off the eighth.
12. in article 26: replace the second subparagraph of paragraph 4, the words "agricultural service cooperative society" with the words "the relevant agricultural service cooperative society";

13. Article 31, second paragraph: turn in paragraph 3, the words "(agricultural service cooperative society — surplus) ';

"
The Parliament adopted the law of 11 June 2009.
