The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment of the military retirement pension Act to make military retirement pension Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, no. 8; 2000, no. 9; 2001, nr. 1; 2005, nr. 2, 14; 2006, no. 13; 2007, 2008 61 no;, 10 no, No 14, 2009) the following amendment: Add to transitional provisions with 21, 22, 23 and 24 as follows : "21. To recover retirement pension overpayments that result from the application of this transitional rule 14, 15, 16 and 17 the limits laid down in the Ministry of Defense made a 10 percent deduction of the retirement pension granted to the beneficiaries of the retirement pension.
22. The transitional provisions in 14, 15, 16 and 17 shall not apply to the beneficiaries of the retirement pension, a disability.
23. The transitional provisions in paragraph 22, the retirement pension recipients, disability, applies to the first date the next month after the month in which the disability. The application of the rules by the end of the month the first date after the month in which the status of disabled people lost.
