The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law "on retirement pension system of the Ministry of the Interior staff with special ranks" make law "on retirement pension system in the Ministry of the Interior staff with special ranks" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, no. 9; 2000, no. 2, 2002, 9; 15. No; 2005, no. 24; 2007; 2008, no. 24, no. 3, 6, 2009 15. No.) following amendment: Add to transitional provisions with the 22, 23, 24 and 25 of the following paragraph: "22. to recover retirement pension overpayments that result from the application of this transitional rule 18, 19, 20 and 21 the limits laid down in the Ministry of the Interior, health and Social Affairs of the State Agency shall make deduction of 10 percent of the retirement pension granted to the beneficiaries of the retirement pension.
23. The transitional rules 18, 19, 20 and 21 shall not apply to the beneficiaries of the retirement pension, a disability.
24. The transitional provisions in paragraph 23 recipients of retirement pensions, disability, applies to the first date the next month after the month in which the disability. The application of the rules by the end of the month the first date after the month in which the status of disabled people lost.
25. A Person had a specific disability and from July 1, 2009 2009 October 31, in accordance with the transitional provisions of the 18, 19, 20 and 21 received a retirement pension to a limited extent, not part of the costs of the pension received from 1 November 2009. "
The law shall enter into force on 1 November 2009.
