The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment of the law on State Awards draw national awards Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2004, no. 8; 2006, 21; 2008, 3 no no) following amendment: article 9: Add to the article with the second and third subparagraphs by the following: "(2) the national Office of the President: 1) organised by the national award and honorary signs, except 1991 participants of the barricades the memorial sign , manufacture and control their manufacturing process;
