The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on State control to make the State Control Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 12; 2005, 2., no. 14; 2009, 2., no. 21) the following amendments: 1. Turn off the article 11 paragraph 11, the words "and the wage system."
2. Add to article 11 to 13 as follows: "13) determines the State control officials and employees compensation in accordance with national and local government bodies and officials of employee rewards to the law."
3. Turn off the chapter IX.
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2010.
The law adopted by the Parliament in 2009 on 1 December.
