The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the Ministry of the Interior system of authorities and prison administration with a special service officer grade in the course of the service, to do the Interior Ministry system and the institutions of the prison administration with a special service officer grade in the course of the Service Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2006, No 14; 2008, 12, no. 16; 2009, 2., 3., 9. 10., 14., no.) the following amendments: 1. Replace the words "the whole law monthly salary" (fold) with the word "salary" (fold).
2. Replace the entire law, except for the transitional provisions of paragraph 10.1, the words "service fees" (the fold) with the words "pay" (fold).

6. turn off article 17.
7. Supplement article 24 to the third part as follows: "(3) the first subparagraph of paragraph 3 shall be granted additional leave provided by the community officials, average earnings and the intake compensation."
8. Article 29 off third and fourth.
9. Express article 32 the following: ' article 32. Officials receive remuneration the remuneration of Officials, which shall be determined in accordance with national and local government bodies and officials of employee rewards to the law. "
10. Turn off the article 33 of the first, second, fourth, fifth, eighth and eleventh part.
11. off 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 42, 43 and 44 of part three of the article the second sentence.
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2010.
