Add to article 77 of the second paragraph after the word "judge" with the words "If the person has given consent in writing".
2. Article 79: to supplement the first and second subparagraph after the word "judge" with the words "jobs or";
adding to 1.1 and the second part, after the words "district judge" with the words "If the person has given consent in writing".
3. Express article 106, the second subparagraph by the following: "(2) the Court shall determine the remuneration of the employee in accordance with national and local government bodies and officials of employee rewards to the law."
4. transitional provisions: section 7: replace the second sentence, the words "and the number and in 2010" with numbers and words "in 2011 and 2010";
replace the third sentence number and the word "" in 2009 with numbers and words "in 2009, 2010 and 2011."
17. paragraph: replace the numbers and the words "in 2010, taking account of the 2006 average monthly gross pay, applying the coefficient 2.5" with numbers and words "in 2010 and 2011, in light of the 2006 average monthly gross pay by applying a coefficient of 2.9";
