The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on insurance against unemployment" make law "on insurance against unemployment" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1999, no. 24; 2001, 1. No; 2002, 12, 22 No 1, 2006; 14. No; 2007, 24 no; 2009, 2., 6., no. 15) follows: 1. Article 10: replace the title of the article the word "disruption" with the word "termination";
replace the third subparagraph, the introductory part, the words "the end" with the word "terminated";
Supplement to the third part of paragraph 4 by the following: "4) person refuses from unemployment benefit."
2. transitional provisions be supplemented with paragraph 15 as follows: "15. During the period from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2012 in accordance with the laws of the unemployment benefit is limited according to the law" on State pensions and State benefits during the period from 2009 to 2012, "."
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2010.
The law adopted by the Parliament in 2009 on 1 December.
