The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the European Union's structural and cohesion funds in the law to make the European Union's structural and cohesion funds Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2007, no. 6; 2009, no 2) following amendment: Express article 1, paragraph 9 by the following: "9) cooperation authority — the direct public administration institution or society integration fund, which the Cabinet of Ministers duly put part of its functions."
The Parliament adopted the law on 11 February 2010.
