The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law "on prevention of conflict of interest in the activities of public officials" to make the law "on prevention of conflict of interest in the activities of public officials" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, no. 11, no. 12; 2003; 2006, 2., no. 20; 2007, nr. 14; 2008, 24 no; 2009, 10, 24 no; Latvian journal, 2010, 94, no. 162; 2011, no. 76; 2012, 104 no; 2013, no 6; 2014, 32, 38, 228. no; 2015, 107, 190. No.) following amendment: Add to transitional provisions with 22.2 points by the following: "article 4 of this law 22.2 first paragraph 26 referred to State officials, who is also a lawyer, public official declarations, which shall be submitted, upon taking office, the time limit (article 25, first paragraph) numbers from 1 September 2016." The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation. The Parliament adopted the law of 4 February 2016. The President of the Parliament instead of the President i. Mūrniec Riga 2016 February 15.
