The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment of the Penal Procedure Code of Latvia in the Penal Procedure Code of Latvia the following amendment: article 51: turn off the fifth subparagraph second sentence;
to supplement the article with the thirteenth part as follows: "the minimum hourly rate and minimum monthly wage was convicted in accordance with the work carried out and the objectives of resocializācij are: 1) 50 per cent of the national minimum hourly rate and minimum monthly wage in the normal working time for those convicted under that sentence being served in the closed or partly closed prison;
2) equivalent to the national minimum hourly rate for convicts who served the public jail of penalties;
3) 50 percent of teenagers State minimum hourly rate for minors convicted. "
The Parliament adopted the law of 10 June 2010.
