The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law "on State and municipal property privatisation" of objects to make the law "on State and municipal property privatisation" of objects (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, nr. 6, 14; 1996; 1997, no. 23, no. 15; 1998, nr. 9; 1999, no 8, 24; 2002; 2003, no. 5, 2005, 23 no; no 2009 15.; 14.5, no.) following amendment: Add to transitional provisions with paragraph 15 as follows: "Cabinet of Ministers 15 has the right, no later than 15 November 2010 to decide on national joint stock company" Privatization Agency "the increase of the share capital of five million dollars of those funds, which, according to article 6 of this law, the provisions of part three credited the State joint stock company" Privatization Agency "Reserve Fund."
The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
The Saeima adopted the law on august 9, 2010.
