The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment of the Highway Traffic Act to make the Highway Traffic Act (the Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1997, nr. 22; 2000, 3, 14, 15; 2001, nr. 6. No; 2007, 3, 7, 21; 2008, 13. no no; 2009, 1., 7., no. 14; Latvian journal 2010, 86 no). following amendment: to supplement the law with article 27.2 of the following: ' article 27.2. Services — violation fixation with technical means, without stopping the vehicle: (1) if the violation is fixed on the road with the operator's technical means (photo appliances or video equipment) without stopping the vehicle, the operator as payment for the supply of technical features, installation and operation, as well as the transfer of the information processing and decision making gets cabinet down the actual state budget revenue from fines imposed for administrative violations fixed with these technical means (actual revenue).
(2) the financial means intended for merchant payment services, including the Interior Ministry's own revenue in accordance with the law on the State budget for the current year. These revenues and their corresponding expenditure plans to separate State in General.
(3) the cabinet shall determine: 1) actual revenue share (percentage) that he receives as payment for the provision of the service;
2) the procedure for the determination of the actual income;
3) order in which the merchant receives payment for the delivery of the service. "
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
