Replace article 23 3.1 paragraph, the words "the State revenue service territorial authority on credit unions registered" with the words "State revenue".
2. in article 27.1: make the third paragraph as follows: "(3) the amount and Terms of the order in which the credits register messages are provided to the borrower, the borrower's guarantor, the financial and capital market Commission, the credit unions, as well as other European Union or European economic area Member State to a person who deals with consumer lending, the Bank of Latvia established.";
to complement the fourth paragraph after the words "Credit Union" by the words "as well as the European Union or European economic area Member State of the person who engaged in consumer lending";
to make a fifth by the following: "(5) in order to cover the credit registry maintenance expenses, credit unions and financial and capital market Commission of Latvia pay Bank fees on credit registry. 3.
