The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: law on consolidated annual accounts in the consolidated annual accounts Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2006, 24 no; 2008, 13. nr.) the following amendments: 1. To supplement the law with article 9.1 of the following: ' article 9.1. The Group's parent company is exempt from the obligation to prepare consolidated accounts, which is the only such subsidiaries, for which information is not important to this law, article 3, first subparagraph of the parent company shall be exempt from the obligation to prepare consolidated accounts, it is the only such subsidiaries for which information on each separately and as a whole the law article 12, first paragraph, the requirements are negligible. "
2. Make article 13, third subparagraph by the following: "(3) consolidated cash flow statement and consolidated statement of changes in equity and the preparation of the contents of the order shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers."
3. Article 33: replace the first paragraph, the words "the State revenue service territorial authority after the parent company of" with the words "national revenue";
to make the fourth subparagraph by the following: "(4) if the parent company has not complied with the first part of this article, it is called to account in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law."
4. Add to the transitional provisions in paragraph 5 by the following: "5. the amendment of article 13 of this law in the third paragraph, shall enter into force on July 1, 2011 and applies to the consolidated annual accounts, starting with the 2011 financial year."
5. Add to the informative reference to directives of the European Union with paragraph 8 by the following: ' 8) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2009. directive 2009/49/EC, amending Council Directives 78/660/EEC and 83/349/EEC as regards certain disclosure requirements for medium-sized companies and the obligation to prepare consolidated accounts (text with EEA relevance) ".
