The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of the Gauja National park in Gauja National park Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2009. No. 12) the following amendments: 1. Express article 3, the second subparagraph by the following: "(2) movement with motor boats, water motorcycles and other maritime resources, which operates any type and capacity of the engine, is permissible in the Lake Ungur only with the written permission of Government."
2. Add to the first paragraph of article 4 (4) with the following: "4) use motorised vessels features Ungur Lake."
3. To supplement the law with article 4.1 as follows: "article 4.1 (1) the Board shall issue a written authorization or agreement referred to in the law, uses the natural protection of the information contained in the plans and the latest available information on specially protected species and habitats in the territory. Activities in accordance with the laws and regulations on environmental impact assessment in national environmental service shall issue technical rules or carry out an environmental impact assessment, written permission is required.
(2) in this Act the Administration referred to in the written authorization is not required, if the activity is carried on board, to implement legislation conferred functions and tasks. "
4. transitional provisions: replace paragraph 2, first and second sentence number and the word "2010" with a number and the word "2011";
