The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to modify the code of the sea maritime code (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2003, nr. 14; 2006, 2. No; 2007, 9. no; 2008, 13. no) following amendment: to make 118. the first paragraph by the following: "(1) for the carriage of dangerous goods be considered as corresponding to the movement of dangerous goods dangerous goods statutory definition."
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
The Parliament adopted the law on 14 October 2010.
