The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the name, surname and nationality law of changing the entry to make the name, surname and nationality in record Exchange Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2009, No 10) the following amendments: 1. Supplement article 5 paragraph 3 of the third paragraph after the words "or invalidation" with the words "or sworn notary certificate of divorce given."
2. Supplement article 6 of the third subparagraph of paragraph 3 after the words "or invalidation" with the words "or sworn notary certificate of divorce given."
The law shall enter into force on February 1, 2011.
The law in the Parliament adopted the 2010 October 28.
