The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of births, deaths and marriages do of births, deaths and marriages Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2005, nr. 8; 2006, nr. 12; 2009, 13. nr.) the following amendments: 1. Express article 8 the first paragraph by the following: "(1) the cabinet shall determine the order in which the vital statistics office provides citizenship and Immigration Headquarters news included in the population register for news updates and news provided. "
2. To make the first part of article 14, paragraph 2 as follows: "2) people who previously had another marriage, but news of this person to the divorce are not included in the citizenship and Migration Board in the population register, one of the following documents: the former spouse's death certificate, certified notary certificate of divorce issued by, having been convicted by a final judgment, with which the marriage was dissolved or annulled, or the statement or certificate of divorce or marriage registry with the divorce."
3. Express article 21, second paragraph as follows: "(2) a marriage registry entry is added, based on the judgment of the Court, sworn notary certificate of divorce issued or administrative action."
4. Express article 31 the third part as follows: "(3) the authenticity of the signature in the application for recognition of paternity, as well as the documents of the child and other persons provided for in the civil code, consent to recognition of paternity certifies sworn notary or other civil law specified in article 1474, or civil registry Department."
The law shall enter into force on February 1, 2011.
The law in the Parliament adopted the 2010 October 28.
