The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment of marine environmental protection and Management Act to make marine environmental protection and Management Act (Latvian Journal No. 183, 2010) following amendment: replace the words "throughout the Act the Ministry of the environment" (fold) with the words "the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry" (fold), the words "Minister of environment" (folds) – with the words "the protection of the environment and Minister for regional development" (hinged). "
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
