The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment of the European grouping of territorial cooperation law to make the European grouping of territorial cooperation Act (Latvian journal, 2009, 141 no) following amendment: replace article 5, first paragraph, the words "regional development and local government Ministry to" with the words "the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry".
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
The law adopted by the Parliament in December 16, 2010.
