The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on Education Innovation Fund Act recognition of unenforceable" make law "About Education Innovation Fund Act recognition of unenforceable" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2009, No 14; Latvian journal, 2010, 53 no) the following amendments: 1. Turn off the article 2, the words "(hereinafter referred to as the Agency)".
2. Turn off 3, 4, 5, 6 and article 7.
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
The law adopted by the Parliament in December 16, 2010.
