The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of education make the Education Act of the Republic of Latvia (Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, nr. 24; 1999, 17, no. 24; 2000, no. 12; 2001, 12, 16, 21; 2004, nr. 5. No; 2007, no. 3, 2009, 1., 2., no. 14; Latvian journal, 2009, nr. 196; 2010, nr. 47) to make such an amendment: paragraph 25 of the transitional provisions of the following: "25.2011 State and local education authorities established teachers pay no premiums, but their material incentives and benefits shall be carried out in accordance with State and local officials and employees of the institutions of the law of compensation."
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
