The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the European Union's structural fund objective 3 "European territorial cooperation" programme management in the law to make the European Union's structural fund objective 3 "European territorial cooperation" Programme Management Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2009, no 2, 14) as follows: 1. Replace the words "the whole law, regional development and local government Ministry" (fold) with the words "the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry" (fold).
2. Turn off the article 7 paragraph 1, third paragraph, and article 16, paragraph 1, third paragraph, the words "Department of environment".
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
The law adopted by the Parliament in December 16, 2010.
