The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment of the national regulatory authorities to compensate losses suffered in the law to make government compensation for damage Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2005, nr. 13) following amendment: replace the article 19 of the first, second, third and fourth paragraph, the words "regional development and local government Ministry to" with the words "the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry".
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
The law adopted by the Parliament in December 16, 2010.
