The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment of the public transport services in the law to make public transport Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2007, no. 15; 2008, 24 no; 2009, no. 15; Latvian journal, 2009, 193. No.) express the following amendment: article 11 the first paragraph by the following: "(1) the provision of public transport services-related losses compensated according to the carrier around and order determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. These losses offset from: 1) from the State budget funds for this purpose — the role of the regional Intercity route network routes;
2) from the State budget funds for this purpose: the regional local route network routes;
3) from municipal budget funds-regional local route network routes on their public transport service in order to exceed this part of the provision of services to the national budget framework;
4) from local budgets for this purpose funds — meaning the city route network routes;
5) from the State budget funds for this purpose, the meaning of the city route network routes: law cases. "
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2011.
