The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: The cooperation agreement between the European Union and the participating Member States of the European Union with Imperial Tobacco Limited and mutual cessation of the contract between the European Union and the participating Member States of the European Union with Imperial Tobacco Limited, article 1. the 2010 27 September signed a cooperation agreement between the European Union and the participating Member States of the European Union with Imperial Tobacco Limited (hereinafter referred to as the agreement) and the agreement on a mutual ceasefire between the European Union and the participating Member States of the European Union with Imperial Tobacco Limited (hereinafter referred to as the associated contract) with this law is adopted and approved.
2. article. Cooperation agreement and the related contractual commitments coordinated by the Ministry of finance.
3. article. Cooperation agreement and the associated agreement relating to the Republic of Latvia shall enter into force on the date of signature thereof.
4. article. The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
