The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the parliamentary election law to make the parliamentary election Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1995, nr. 13; 1998, nr. 9, 13; 2002, 12, 13 no, no 19; 2003; 2006, nr. 8, 10, 13; 2007. no; 2009, no. 8; Latvian journal, 2010 62 no) following amendment: article 6: replace the first part of the word "judge" with the words "Constitutional Court";
to supplement the article with the fourth paragraph as follows: "(4) a judge who is not a judge of the Constitutional Court may declare a candidate for Member of Parliament, but the election in case he loses the judges."
The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
The law adopted by the Parliament in the March 3, 2011.
