The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on insurance against unemployment" make law "on insurance against unemployment" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1999, no. 24; 2001, 1. No; 2002, 12, 22 No 1, 2006; 14. No; 2007, 24 no; 2009, 2., 6., no. 15; Latvian journal, 2009, 200. no; 2010, 206. No.) the following amendments: 1. To complement article 8 with the seventh subparagraph by the following: "(7) an employee average micro-insurance contributions wage for the calculation of unemployment benefits is determined from the respective month the State social insurance compulsory contribution object that is calculated according to the tax laws of Micro 9. in the second subparagraph of article."
2. Express transitional provisions of point 15 as follows: "15.2014 31 December under this Act granted unemployment benefit shall be limited according to the law" on State benefits during the period from 2009 to 2014, "."
The law takes effect July 1, 2011.
The Parliament adopted the law in 2011 on April 14.
