The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on associations and foundations to make society and Foundation Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2003, nr. 23; 2004, nr. 20; 2006, nr. 24; Latvian journal 2010, 23, 178. No.) the following amendments: 1. in article 10: Add to the third paragraph, the words "or with the employment of persons who are not entitled to reside in the Republic of Latvia";
to supplement the article with the fourth paragraph as follows: "(4) the Association or Foundation referral authority or in court, defending the rights or legal interests, which are not entitled to reside in the Republic of Latvia, is not considered to provide support with the possibility of illegal stay in the Republic of Latvia."
2. Add to the informative reference to directives of the European Union with 3., 4., 5., and paragraph 6 by the following: "3) Council 13 December 2004, Directive 2004/113/EC implementing the principle of equal treatment for men and women in the access to and supply of goods and services;
4) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 July 2006, Directive 2006/54/EC on the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and equal treatment of men and women in matters of employment and occupation;
5) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2009. directive 2009/52/EC laying down minimum standards on sanctions and measures against employers of illegally staying third-country nationals residing without authorisation;
6) the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 July 2010 the EU directive 2010/41/for the application of the principle of equal treatment for men and women engaged in an activity in a self-employed capacity and repealing Directive 86/613/EEC. "
