The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on amendments to the veterinary medicine veterinary medicine Act (do Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2001, no. 11; 2002, 2. Article 1: to make paragraph 6 by the following: "6) veterinary inspection — the acquisition of fresh meat intended for the ante mortem inspection of animals, animals slaughtered, kautprodukt research, sampling, laboratory investigation, testing results and permanent veterinary supervision necessary to provide an opinion on the further use of meat, and carried out in accordance with the requirements laid down in European Parliament and Council of 29 April 2004, Regulation (EC) No 854/2004 laying down special rules for products of animal origin intended for human consumption for the organisation of official controls (hereinafter referred to as a Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 854/2004); "

"
2. Express 2.1 article 18 as follows: "18) animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption (hereinafter referred to as by-products not intended for human consumption), business entities, their company and their possession or use of existing equipment, in accordance with the Parliament and Council Regulation No 1069/2009 and Regulation No 142/2011 requirements subject to state veterinary supervision;".

4. 7.
