The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the social services and social assistance law to make social services and social assistance Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 23; 2003; 2004, nr. 2, 14., 18., 2005, no; no 2; 2006, no. 13; 2007, 12, 15 No 3, 21; 2008. no; 2009, 3, 12 no; Latvian journal 2010, 19, no. 170) the following amendments: 1. Turn off the paragraph 3 of article 14.
2. in article 15.1: make the first part of paragraph 1 by the following: "1) provide social rehabilitation services to persons, including the national armed forces soldiers and Interior Ministry officials the system with special ranks, using medical treatment;"
make the first part of paragraph 3 as follows: "3) coordinated by the National Fund of social rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation and long-term social care and social rehabilitation services;";
turn off the first part of paragraph 5;
Add to article 1.1 part as follows: "(11) the first subparagraph of paragraph 1 of the said social rehabilitation services using treatment, national armed forces soldiers and Interior Ministry officials the system with special ranks are provided in the annual State budget act in the prescribed for this purpose."
The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2012.
The Parliament adopted the law of July 8, 2011.
